I had booked for a trip to Malaysia and Singapore through Parry Travels. The trip was real good. Excellent hotel stays in both Malaysia and Singapore. Excellent drivers who could assist us. The only disadvantage was the "Night Safari' which was highly recommended. I wish, we had we had skipped it.

friend of mine booked europe tickets through them, asked for a change in the plan they didnt help in that instead made a trip which he didnt want. refused to change my tickets were also were rude over the phone

Useless, they act like they are doing us a favour by booking tickets we pay for. really bad customer service. would not recommend this to anyone. they spoiled my friends 15 days trip. didnt change my air tickets although asked them 20 days in prior than the booking. really rude staff.
