I was without plates and registration for 3 weeks after the 30 day grace period. I sent repeated phone calls and emails to everyone. Every call I was told someone would call me back and I never got a call back. I spoke to 6 different people who never returned calls. When i finally got a hold of someone who was willing to really help, she shared that there was a lot going on illness, death etc. as sympathetic as I am, it doesn’t amount to such poor customer service by so many of its members. I thought I found a dealership that I could bring my car to for all things and I am clear this is not it. I purchased the car and they went AWOL.

Can I give this dealer a no stars!!! Terrible service department. Please save your money and go buy a chevy. I bought a brand new Range Rover Sport. a month ago. It's been in the shop their more then its been with me. There communication is terrible..Ive heard these suvs have electrical problems. But come on i just got it last month. Save your money and go else where. You'll get treated better at Honda.

NIGHTMARE! Avoid this business! I purchased an SUV from Paul Miller. They apparently lost the title paperwork & tax check. I haven't been able to register the vehicle, or get tags. I've been trying to follow up for 7 weeks...they don't respond to emails and avoid phone calls. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!
