The overall experience was great. I was able to get a reservation easily, the drop off was very quick, the loaner was ready, and they had my car ready by the end of the day. Stuart J’s service was great! The Video from Garrett with explanation was awesome. I will definitely be back and choose Paul Miller Audi when looking to change my car. Thank you to the whole team!

Very professional and easy to work with with. They sent me a video of the technician doing a “walkthrough” of my car which was nice.
I never take the time to write a review but felt compelled to for this scenerio. I took my car in for a minor recall update and while I was there I asked if they could investigate a weird noise I heard under the driver's seat (I knew that something was "rolling" back and forth but I could not see anything. They went above and beyond and had to use a scope to locate the mysterious object that was causing this insanely annoying noise...they found it! Turns out it was a random small bingo ball that had fallen into the heat vent in the back seat under the drivers seat, it must have fallen out of my purse (long story on why I had a bingo ball in my purse but that's not the point - lol) They helped save my sanity since this noise of a rolling ball was driving me crazy every time I made a turn! Oh and the technician even sent me a video clip walking around the entire car with his comments - talk about above and beyond! Super impressed and very thankful!! We had a very serious problem with our A4, and a potentially very expensive repair, but Louis really worked with us and make sure the repair was taken care of under our car warranty. We could not have asked for better service. Thank you Louis and thank you Audi.
