This review is an inside scoop after been employed there very briefly. First of all the place is a complete dump inside shop. After been in the automotive field for almost 30 years this is almost always a reflection of the quality of work performed. The vehicles are not properly checked out when serviced. There is just a lot of patch work performed knowing that they will return shortly with other problems. There was a lot of work that came back that I saw while I was there for careless work performed. When the vehicle is not properly checked out while in for service they are a real disservice to you because if you know the overall condition the car was in you might not choose to soak any more money into it. I had to post this it has been eating at me for awhile now. This is not an honest shop be aware!!!

I took my car to PoM after hearing a grinding noise near the front tire. I had recently gotten my brakes, calipers, and rotors replaced after hearing a similar noise and was hoping something major wasn’t wrong again. Jim took multiple test drives, called me to talk about the issue, and checked several parts on my car. Turns out there was rust building up because I’m not driving it enough (thank you, COVID). After making all that effort, they never charged me! When I thanked them they said they just wanted to make sure my car was safe and I was taken care of. It’s hard to find that kind of generosity, care, and honesty! I truly appreciate the PoM team and highly recommend giving them your business.

Very reliable and honest. No upselling if they say you need something you do. They will also tell when something you want isn't needed
