No safety of people living in.Even after paying such a high rent the kitchen ceiling got crashed with the dirty sewer water flowing and my daughter got saved in nick of time .The staff here knew there was a problem before leasing the apartment still they made new lease to us.And I don't know what the hell were the municipal authorities doing in inspection of apartment leased.I feel like I made a mistake of settling in this apartment where our lives are in danger.

My experience at Troy hills village has been wonderful everyone who works here are polite and friendly. Always very prompt when service is needed. And we have great neighbors . Been here 18 years and I have no negative feelings. Everyone looks out for each other !!
PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE! Save yourself the hassle. They seem nice, but their apartments have rats and termites, their walls are thin as can be, and there are children running around non-stop! They will say whatever they can to get you to rent, and then they could not care less about you. Please please please look elsewhere. I promise there are better places nearby that can offer you the same amenities for a similar price! Edit: their response is meaningless. I moved out months ago. In fact, I paid extra to leave early. They tell you to call, but will not listen to a word you say. They say all the right things, but do not, in any way, shape, or form, practice what they preach. Them telling me they are sorry and to \call them\ is a meaningless gesture meant to save face with prospective renters. Please do not be fooled! I will personally tell you my experiences if you're considering this place, just reach out!
It was a lovely stay and the employees their are very helpful and responsive. They won't take more than 24 hrs to resolve any service related issues. Specially I would like to thank Steven Furao who is very attentive on all tenants issues. Since I moved to other state I vacated else I would love to stay. Thank you Troy hills Apt for your wonderful hospitality.
