I booked months in advance. COVID hit had to reschedule my big event. I called and emailed no response was ever made. Original date was 07/18/2020. New date was 10/10/2020. We were supposed to have a spongebob character. They finally answer the WEEK before! Only to tell me my character in my area will not be available because his wife is due to give birth! This is something they would know much sooner than a WEEK!! I was promised a refund of my deposit 62.90. I called 3 weeks after to inquire of refund. I was told it was being processed. It’s been 2 months and I haven’t received anything!! Not only did they not come through for me, they stole from me!! They aren’t local, getting In contact with them isn’t easy. Would NOT recommend!!

I had her do decorations for my daughter's first birthday party and she did a fantastic job. At first, we were a bit skeptical but the results turned out to be beautiful. I will highly recommend her. She is very creative with themes.
Worst experience ever. Was told Captain America would have a program for the kids and play games with them. He showed up and had nothing to do with the kids. He walked in and there was an awkward silence. When we asked he said well what do you want me to do I'm just here to take pictures. The kids immediately lost interest and left. After about 5 minutes we noticed he was INTOXICATED so we immediately wanted him away from our guests. Most embarrassing moment. They have no right to do this to kids that look forward to meeting their favorite characters. Please don't do this to your child. It was the most disappointing thing I could have done to my child. I made a big deal about him meeting his idol only to find out I could have put on a costume and done way better job. Obviously I made a mistake by choosing this company. When I called to complain they said reply to the email and note what happened and I've haven't heard back from them. They will not answer my messages anymore. Apparently they only care about making money and not the safety of it's customers.
