Made an online purchase at 11:45 A.M. on Sunday, and Party Depot accommodated accordingly per the time window/pick-up time (surprised ). It was last minute! Thank you to the staff working and Party Depot because it was an added bonus to have them for my teenager. :)

I usually come to this Party Depot around Halloween. They have a great selection (even if you wait until the last minute like me) They are always very nice and the store is very well stocked!

I wanted to complaint your employee Scott who I spoke to today at your Ashburn, VA location. I called looking for an item and he checked the system, and said yes we do have them but hold on a second I'll go and check to see if they are on the shelf which he did. I really appreciated him because not only did he do his job, he went above and beyond and make sure it was indeed on the shelf, and brought one up and left it on the front register. I didn't realize it until I went to check out and there it was. That is an excellent employee doing things without even being asked. Thank you Scott for excellent customer service.

I went to Party Depot to inflate balloons for my daughter’s Sweet 16th after being denied service at Dollar Tree. The staff there were very professional, courteous and friendly. I had purchased my balloons online. I had Sweet 16 Happy Birthday banner style balloons, Mylar, and confetti helium balloons. I worked with Ayanna and she was AMAZING. Her personality was so vibrant and she did everything to ensure my complete satisfaction. She prepared my order for that specific day and set up another order for pickup the following day. The next day when I came to pick up my second order. Everything was ready and neatly put together. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Party Depot. They will be my #1 stop for party supplies and decorations. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

On 12/31 Eve I stopped by at this store little late and realized that it closed now. However, one of the store representative \Scott\ extended customer service be allowing us and helping to buy our stuff. Hat's off to Scott for his patience and customer service. He was the only person working on filling gs in balloon, helping customer find their stuff and handling payment transactions... Lucky to have such store in neighborhood.
