Do not use this company they are unreliable and unprofessional. I booked a slush machine for a children’s party. I had an email to confirm the booking and was told Mike would arrive an hour earlier than needed to set up. He did not arrive. I phoned twice and left voicemails but was not contacted at all either by phone or email. I am so annoyed that Despite my best efforts, 25 children went home disappointed from a party.

Used them for the first time yesterday. Mike was really friendly and helpful. Good rates and reliable arrived on time and set up was quick and clean. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. Also gave us the option to cancel at no charge due to there being a forecast of light drizzle. They have a wide range of castles and the children absolutely loved it.
100% would recommend excellent service and great quality products used by this company! Great quality for the price you pay! cannot complain! Would only recommend this company no problems what so ever!!
