Dr. Bishai was my saving grace as we navigated through my mother's condition. Always compassionate and kind, but most important was Dr. Bishai's willingness to listen and actually hear, what I communicated, as my mother's caregiver. Unlike other doctors, he is not interested in being right, he is interested in resolving the health issue. I was so impressed when he actually retested my mom, when it seemed like all was well, but I felt strongly there was something wrong. He had no problem acknowledging what was newly found. So gracious and kind. My mother had total confidence in him, which gave her tremendous piece of mind. It was a trying time and I am truly grateful to you, Dr. BIshai.

So far - Dr. Bishai is really good, but his front office employees suck huge time, really heartless and lazy. IMHO.
My son was referred to Dr Bishai. I have tried calling their office on multiple occasions. Dr Bishai is not in their phone directory. When you press 0 to speak with an operator, you are directed to the voicemail box of some random person. I had to call this morning to cancel our appointment because my son has been vomiting. I left a voicemail. It is after hours now and no one has returned my call. I'll be looking for another dr.
He is a very experienced urologist very ethical and considerate. He got my PSA from 21.4 to 6 in no time. He gave my wife and family a lot of substantiated comfort. He works with a very good hospital and he does the open and robotics surgeries.
Lately, I had a Cystoscopy procedure performed by Dr.Michael Bishai in Huntington Memorial Hospital, Pasadena. Dr.Bishai made the whole procedure so beautifully explainable, easy to understand and post surgery he followed up with constant care, extra handling in a way which made me feel better about myself and the assurance he gave me not to worry for any minor issues which are normal. I wish him the best for a Long Healthy, Happy Life where he will be able to attend to many , many patients in the near future. Thanks DOC....U R zee Best.....
