I need to make a letter print of my running T-shirt. They created a lot of damage literally spoiled on my brand-new T-shirt. Both at the front and back side. I agree the job was complicated and it was limit of time, but that's why I went to PROFESSIONAL printing company who should have known how to handle the situation. Many times, he described challenges AFTER he screwed up my T-shirt, instead of recognizing the problem early and knowing better than to attempt. Complaints below: * He did graphics print on T-shirt instead sign printing(I sent him exactly photo via e-mail what I need) * Minor scraps and marks through t-shirt body * Major punctures, cracks and t-shirt chips * Cracks to brand new t-shirt from all edge Definitely do not recommend Pasadena Image Printing.
