The staff responded to my inquiries very quickly. The doctor at the clinic who gave my vaccines was polite and informational. He was explaining everything prior to injecting the vaccines. It was a good experience.

I called the clinic twice, asking for the best time for me to come, as I know there are a lot of people for Physical Exam etc, and I just live nearby. Also, the fact that my concern is I'm having loose bowel movement, and would like to come at an appointment, if not, at least when there's already a few on queue. I asked if it will be best to come at 4:30PM, but I was told over the phone that I should be here at 4PM and not 4:30PM. And so I was here, 4PM, and it is now 4:50PM and I am still sitting here waiting.. One of them was taking my pulse rate manually, when this goodlooking guy came in, and the attendant dropped my hand and told me \sandali lang po ah\ and talked to the guy and said \bat ngayon ka lang sir\. She got my pulse rate again after 15mins of attending to the guy first. And guess what, that guy was called by the doctor first while I waited. Thus now, I am still waiting.

Friday nagpamedical and was adviced na bumalik ng monday 1pm, 4pm na wala pa djn medical ko. Anong klase imbis na may nagawang iba. Nasayang lang oras ko.
