Bad experience, the delay on processing my request and not giving enough information of my car loan resulted to me moving to Kia Marikina.

One of the best part about this branch is their service center is open on Sundays for PMS. I experienced a few problems with my car after I had it serviced here before. Since then, I've been talking to a lot of mechanics about the issues, and most of them told me that those issues usually comes out of nowhere, and are most likely not the service center's fault. So, I decided to bring my car here again for a second time, and no problem encountered - so I thought I had to edit my review to be fair to them. One of the reasons I gave it five stars: 1. They are open on Sundays - for preventive maintenance services (They don't do repairs on Sundays) 2. They service my vehicle fast - normally 2 hours faster than their ETA 3. Friendly staffs, and mechanics - yes, I met the mechanic this time to discuss the issues 4. They usually wrap your coins and wallets when you leave it inside the car during maintenance Friendly and helpful staffs - both in service and sales department.

Very approachable people here. Actually I got my firts car here Lol. Still people are great, good space for showroom. Down side is they don't have all the model car there, which is good if your looking for the best one for you.

Had multiple incidents of service maintenance mishandling. Jan 2018, during checkup, maintenance guy was using my nail clipper found on my dash to clip his nails; Aug 2018, auxilliary fan replacement, they left food garbage (dried fish, and chicken bones) under the hood. And the 5 years warranty is not worth it. Im on my 5th year (ending Oct 2018) and my auxiliary fan replacement did not come for free as to parts, im ok to pay for labor. My compressor repair and replacement also came in with strings attached that I need to have my oil changed before they can replace the compressor (granted I had to argue to have this pre requisite removed). The power window issue took them 3 visits (almost a year of going back and forth) to figure out, asked me to buy the control module and then told me that the issue is with the power window motor (and attempted to charge me for a repair that I paid for already). Long story short, I will drop Kia Hyundai and Suzuki (all from the same holding company) from the brands I'll be buying in the future.
