Bottom line up front: Darrel (owner of Paschall Home Solutions) is the person to go to for all your home repair needs! Darrel took on our home repair project when no one else would or could. We had a very unique and extensive home repair job involving mold, improperly built foundation and framing, and improperly installed plumbing and electric. Darrel was knowledgeable in each of those areas and was able to manage the entire project from start to finish and make our house safe, functional, and beautiful. In fact, it is amazing the amount of different kinds of work he is knowledgeable in (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mold remediation, foundation work, drywall, and the list goes on...). He is an excellent communicator and sent messages and pictures showing his progress each day. He thoughtfully planned each phase of the project to make sure he was using labor and materials in the most cost effective way. His hourly rate for labor is also highly competitive among other professional contractors. Also, his beef brisket is out of this world!!!

I would not use again. I was told that services would be 75 dollars an hour. Mind you this was a one person job but since Double D remained on my property he also charged me 75 dollars per hour for himself (even though he stated on several occasions that he was going to just help set up and then run errands). I do want to acknowledge that the other gentleman working that day did work the entire time but had I known that I was paying for Double D to socialize I would have requested him to leave. The other issue I had was with his filter system that he uses. He promotes this filter system but he failed to properly seal off the room with plastic. The Window was also never sealed off so the wind just blew dust around the room which led to the rest of the room beyond the plastic to be covered in dust. All that Double D stated was “Was your furniture this dusty to begin with?” All in all I felt like this was definitely not worth 150 dollars an hour as I still have the same mold/mildew problem which was never fixed even after being charged 675 dollars. Unfortunately, we learned our lesson the hard way. I can’t speak for other work he has done but I will definitely not be using his services again. Please do your research.

I recommend Darrel, or Double D! He has incredible attention to detail and is very forthcoming. Great contractor and really let us know what was going on. He is really knowledgable and made the renovation process one that brought amazing results! Highly recommended!!
