I recently went in to Corwin to look at a Blue Metallic 2021 Explorer ST they had online only to find out it had been sold the day before. The saving grace was that the salesperson, Brenden Bender, went over with me in detail what I was wanting in the Explorer ST before going off and finding not only a match, but one with a couple of additional options and an even better color of blue that I really liked. Brenden did a fantastic job. He and the finance office were a joy to work with. Also, a big thank you to Brenden for the extra time he spent to go over the operation of all the technology found within the exceptional Explorer ST.

Our sales person was Martin. He was extremely nice and helpful. He even texted me on his day off to update me on the status. We did everything over the phone because we are located in Oregon and are 7 hours away. We were able to have the deal 100% completed and they were very easy to work with. We were able to even negotiate having the vehicle delivered to us. The two delivery drivers were also really friendly. We had a great experience and I highly recommend Martin and Corwin Ford Tri Cities. The next time we are in the market for a vehicle they will be the first place we look.

Saw an add appear for a pretty rare and unique car. Immediately sent an inquiry and Skyler Williams responded very quickly and arranged for me to see the vehicle that day. Given the vehicle, it was not even something you could test drive. But Skyler and the management team worked with me closely and honestly and I purchased the vehicle in less than an hour and took final delivery in just a few days. Skyler and the entire team were professional, cordial, and answered every question I had, as well as working hard to make sure I had every bit of information I could possibly want. I was very pleased with the experience.
