Excellent service and rapid response time. I hadn't heard of them previously so I was skeptical. These guys are top notch all around as far as I can tell. Very knowledgeable and informative.
Ponchos is our go to Heating and Air guy. He or an employee have done several jobs now, from a simple blown fuse to 2 full HVAC installs with another full new system coming this year. I think he is fair with pricing and does a great job. It's so hard to find honesty and someone who has pride in their work; Poncho has both of these attributes. I have and will continue to recommend him to all my family and friends.
What a wonderful experience it was dealing with this company! We were 2 days away from closing on the sale of our home when the A/C stopped working. We called them and explained the situation and they were at the house within a few hours. Diagnosed, and repaired quickly! Thankfully, it was an inexpensive fix. He was fast reliable and the jobs have been done well on time and on budget. I have used him a number of times and will continue to use his company. Just called last night as my furnace went out. Got a call at 7:30 AM and shortly after 8:15 my furnace is fixed. Does it get any better than that?
