I had a really bad experience with a new john deere tractor i bought here. With in the 50 hours of use it started to overheating, i thought, not a big deal i will just contact RDO so they can take a look at it and fix it under warranty, So i contacted them and they told me to take it to their shop, so i did. They checked the tractor and gave me a call after a day or two, they told me that they needed to take some samples of oil and coolant and thats how the nightmare started. Almost 2 months went by and surprisingly the tractor was still not repaired, i was contacting them weekly to check on the tractor but nothing was being done, i was starting to get irritated by the situation but there was nothing i could do other than wait for them to do some progress. After all that waiting finally the nightmare was coming to an end, “i thought” when they called me and told me that they where going to replace the radiator and some other parts, Finally, long story short, they gave me catastrophic news that warranty was not going to cover the repairs and they made me an almost 3,000.00 bill. After lots of calls of negotiations a John deere Rep. told me that was going to help me with the parts but not the labor. I had to pay almost 2,300.00 out of my own pocked on something that warranty was supposed to cover. I will never go back to RDO, and i will NEVER BUY ANYTHING THAT SAYS JOHN DEERE. I can’t believe how this happened but it did. Yesterday i checked the mail and there was a new bill of 5.50 that some how they didn’t include when i paid them off for the amount of almost 2,300.00 and was told that, that was the FINAL PAYMENT.

Couldn’t be happier with my purchase of my x350. Cruz made the whole process a breeze. Super great guy to work with, super knowledgeable of the products they sell. I refer all of my friends and family to him, and hear nothing but good things from those who have bought equipment from him.
Cruz was very helpful. Even after our purchase he made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend him for any tractor purchases or questions.
