I was introduced to Total Quality Air through a home insurance provider. Steven was the technician and helped to identify the problem. He and his team were then able to fix the issue efficiently and economically. I was so pleased I joined their maintenance program. Steven has been the person for the service and also identified a unique issue with the fireplace. This was corrected and improved and I have been very pleased with all of his attention to detail and folllow-up. He is professional and I have recommended him and the service to others. He is backed by a good team in the office who are helpful and patient too.

This was the best service I’ve had for my system in a long time. On time, courteous and very well informed about my fireplace and my heating system. Did the repairs necessary and didn’t try to sell me more. Made some recommendations per my request about a blower for my fireplace and also per my request upgrading my old space guard filter box to a more efficient one. I was really impressed with Steve the technician. He knew his stuff and explained things to me as he went through what he’d done and why. I saved so much money on the fireplace repair And maintenance package for my heating and air that I’m able to go ahead and get the blower for the fire place and conversion for the heating and the air unit. Thank you Total Quality Air and Steve for such great service and absolutely fair and honest pricing.

Thank you so much Total Quality Air! I called around to have my AC checked out. It went out unexpectedly. Most places did not even answer or return my call. Total Quality not only treated me like their favorite customer but did an amazing job!! He found the problem within minutes of being at our home. He had the part ON HAND!!! And he still looked over everything else that would have been checked in my service call. I definitely got my money’s worth. Steve was not only professional but Knowledgeable and helpful! If everyone at your office is as kind and customer service oriented as your receptionist and Steve the technician then you set the standard! My first review ever because Steve was that good.
