Good place, when something needs fixing on site guy takes care of it fast. No issues. Wouldn’t hate seeing the rent lowered a bit but money is being put into the property so can’t complain. Would also like to see picnic/barbecue common area put in

Thanks to the maintenance guy for fixing my door and helping me get in late last night. The apartments have had a lot of work done I am safe here with the new camera system.
This place has come a long ways. Clean and well run by ownership. A safe and strong community that lives here!
Cannot say thank you enough to the maintenance people on site. The apartments are clean and safe. I saw complaints from other people, I think they are mad because the owner kicked them out for using drugs. Today this is a clean place- no issues. Thanks guys!
