AMBIANCE: Place inside the gates is nice. Beautiful sunset skies over the buildings. Night swimming until 6pm is cool with all the lights. Jogging at night is best without all the people roaming around. Quite windy in the area too. TIP: If you plan to live here make sure you are fine with the distance since it is already on the edge of metro manila, aside from the heavy traffic in A. Sandoval Ave just outside the gates.

Place ambiance is good, security is strict. Peaceful and safe community. Only hassle is their parking slot availability (slot is limited and building parking is only 1).
