The Wanderer

Whenever I visit any of the Black Scoop Cafe , scattered around Manila / Makati & beyond ... I enjoy relaxing ( when available) in their big blue seats. This time , at my local Black Scoop Cafe ... my orders were * A large White Mocha Coffee Blend ... this well received coffee - was thick , extra cold & very delicious * French Fries with BBQ seasoning ... these , a little thicker French Fries , were scrumptious Every time I’ve ordered Milk Tea at the Black Scoop Cafe ... the staff have been with a pleasant smile
