I would rate this branch 0. Very poor customer service. There is no order at all. I grabbed a number to talk to customer service and waited for an hour for my number to be called. I figured out that those people who came later than me were accommodated first. I'm very disappointed. Staff is very unwelcoming and disrespectful.
Napaka bagal ng process nyu! Ayaw nyung sumagot sa mga tawag at email. 1week na wala pa ding response.
