Found their customer service great. I just hope that next time, they set their time as same as real-time. They are on lunch break when I went there, however their 1:00PM is equivalent to 1:15PM in real-time, so I had to wait 15 mins just to be served. Their products are also superb. We are now able to use it in our project sites.
