Hi Annabel, Happy New year to you. I just wanted to leave some feedback on the service you have provided last December. First of all communication with you was very easy and helpful, which made it easy to make the arrangements. Thank you for making it painless. For the vehicle it was relatively new, in very good condition and well maintained. It was also just the right size of a vehicle I required. It was comfortable enough, and especially for the distance we had to travel it was indeed comfortable enough for me to be able to take naps along the way. Now for the driver, Luis, I will really have to recommend you for having such a driver with you. He was certainly very professional, accommodating and friendly with good amount of knowledge in the places we had to go to and provided valuable insights and recommendations in terms of directions and was a suitable tour guide at the same time. He also took the initiative to call the hotel I was staying in as I did not have a cell phone at the time to confirm the pick-up, he was early, waited patiently for me and assisted me in anyway he could. More importantly, he is a very safe driver (had good driving skills, cool headed, kept within the speed limits, kept good distance between cars, obeyed traffic rules) and I indeed felt comfortable with him at the wheel. In a way I felt pampered, as I just sat back and enjoyed the ride, the scenery and the stories. Please keep up the good work and would certainly make use of your service again. Harold Loyola
