Safety with your health and welfare is their priority right now as I observe their protocol. The place is also clean and well maintained. So overall its a good place to live in.

Admin department processes too slow. Guards are disrespectful. Place itself is good, but the management should have someone answerable during weekends.

This place feels great. Can someone comment if this area has flooded since Ondoy? Maybe for those who live on the first floor areas?

- Rooms are small - Room designs were not well thought of - Don't even bother asking about guest parking because admin keeps changing their minds about guest parking mandates - Work permits for fit outs and repairs are only accommodating for tenants that have helpers at home the whole day (not for working people that are out during weekdays) M-F between 10am to 4pm - amenities are run down

The place was nice for relaxation and a day at the pool. However, the guards were unprofessional and kept on calling attention. There were no one else on our floor and I was harassed by one guard. Instead of feeling secured with the roaming guards, I felt being watched all the time and felt harassed. I was on Bldg B. They are supposed to watch over you to provide security, not reprimand their visitors. I hope the Management will train their security personnel to be nice and friendly to visitors and residents there.
