Very slow in processing transactions. It took me almost 3 hours waiting for my number to be called. The tellers are always entertaining other persons. When I called them out and compalined why they are not calling numbers, despite the fact that nobody is in the counter anymore, it was the only time that they started calling again. This is not the first time that it happened. What is the purpose of the queuing number if it will not be followed. The management of this branch should do something about it

Sobrang bagal ng sistema nila.. 11:30am nakapila na ko. Wala masyadong pila.. Iilan lng kami sa loob. Halos maka 20 times na tawag na sa sibgle transaction samantalang sa multiple.. Nag iisa na nga lng ako nd pa natatawag. Umabot n ko ng ala una. Papabutin pa ata ng alas 2 sobrang late n. nos. 52 yung card kp sabi mag antay na tawagin pero hanggang ngaun nd pa ako tinatwag.. imagine mo. Mag start ng 51-100 ang bilang ng multiple transactions. Pang 52 ako.. Aabot ng 2 hours pag aantay ko? Jusmiyo
