Cassie and August were great! They are always helpful and helped me with the parts I needed for m 2017 Assault. I was able to tell August about the service work Kevin did on my 2009 Dragon. I was interested in purchasing a KTM 690 SMC R, I ran into Manny the sales manager witch was very kind and greeted me at the door , i told him i was interested in buying the KTM 690 he said he didn't have one in stock but would be happy to find me one . So later the next day he told me he found one some were in so cal and drove down there for me and picked up the bike him self , that being said it was excellent customer service and going above the call of duty witch shows a lot about the dealership. I got my bike the next day and couldn't be happier ... Thanks buddy

Went in there for a tire change on my 2010yz250f took about a week I wasn’t really in a hurry but when I went to pick up my tires the parts manager told me the price I was astonished charged me 511 for front and back tires and tubes these people are scammers and I suggest no one ever go there unless you would like to be robbed pretty bummed been going there for years

Great products, ripoff on parts counter. I have a 2019 790 duke and all the work was done by the dealer as a precaution being a new model. The problem with this dealer is the parts department manager. He has had many issues with his knowledge of the computer system. He often doesn’t order all the parts that are needed and you have an extra week at best wait for him to reorder. The main problem occurred when replacing the front and rear sprockets and chain. After getting the bill he had charged 167 for a 27.99(called the Bakersfield shop). It was closing and he was having issues taking parts off the purchase order so his fix was to charge me for anything on that order. I brought my own chain and the rear sprocket was 1/3 of the cost of the front. I called him and let him know he made a mistake he said he didn’t. A corporate complaint hopefully will get some customer service training for the employees. It’s sad when I’ve been going there for less than 3 months with multiple issues and to see 3 mechanics leave in that time as well. Red flag are everywhere my friends. Safe to say they have lost my business as well as anyone who has sense.
