Absolutely unacceptable. We ordered two orders of white quarter chicken (breast part) with white rice and extra sauce for pick up. We received dark meat. Now this isn’t the first time this occurred. Last time we received one dark and one white quarter chicken which we just let it go. Now this time around we received two dark meat quarters chicken which we specifically indicated on the phone we wanted white meat. I called to request them to exchange it to the correct order. The guy said he didn’t speak English and when they finally understood they said they can’t switch it.How is it that it’s ok for the restaurant to make a mistake and they couldn’t correct it. Unacceptable. I don’t recommend this place.
I’ve been there multiple times and every time I go the food is always really good, good restaurant to eat at!!!!!
The worst at answering the phones . Youre lucky if someone picks up to take your order . Haveen trying since 11 when they opened . It is now 3 and yet to talk to anyone ! The line will go busy then rings . Ill take my service else where . I dont recommend
