Def not a good service. Called on monday to schedule a pick up for 2 boxes and i was told to call on Tuesday to set up everything cause i wasnt available for that to be picked up that same afternoon(i was like ok???)Anyways called Tuesday to set up the app, they asked many questions which is fine i guess, we set it for Wednesday. I was told i was gonna receive a call from the Delivery team with further introductions(for a pu time) Wednesday at 2:45pm i called cause i havent heard from no one and the answer i received WAS, the dt just left so it may not happen today, they WILL call you,OK. No calls were made. THRUSDAY at 4:30pm i recieved a call from the dt we are on our way, which i answered im all set this was for yesterday not today. A follow up call wouldve been nice just to know they werent shhowing up but UNFORTUNATELY thats how many Spanish speaking business conduct their opperations, they sloppy and the ct is def not a priority,NO BUENO ,specially in this date and times!!!!.....

Service was horrible last two weeks calling asking for the boxes to send 3x boxes and would tell me yes and never come horribly horribly customer service I finally got another service came some day and same price Apollo Cargo in Paterson nj... El servicio fue horrible dure 1 semana y media esperando 3x caja y nada me decian k venia y nada de llegar horrible horrible
I sent 3 huge boxes full of things to use in the condo I bought on the North coast of DR. Everything arrived in perfect condition just 14 days from when they picked the boxes up at my house! I was SO happy with their service!! The owner warned me ahead of time that customs will confiscate anything you try to sneak in that should be declared (basically anything electronic like TVs or anything that is new and in original packaging since they'll assume you might want to re-sell it). That is the only way I can imagine some reviewers have complained of missing items. Also, they don't charge by weight...it's just per box (you can get boxes from them), and there's a discount if you send 3. I am already preparing another box. I am very happy to have found Embarque San Miguel, and will continue to use them to ship things to DR :)
