The customer service was horrible. The young ladies were helpful but the manager was very unprofessional. Nasty attitude... and on top of that on the phone while attending me. I felt as if he wasn’t giving me full attention. I had to return sneakers and he stated I had worn them. Trying sneakers on at home does not equal to wearing them outside. As a sales representative he should be able to tell worn sneakers from those that ppl just try on at home etc. unprofessional and with an attitude. Will never go again.

the service of the sellers is terrible, they do not serve customers, they only talk to each other and they do not care if the customer is interested in something, they are not really useful to work in a store of these
