Yes, it is true that they are faster in the middle of the day. It’s when I’ve been there cause it’s only logical; and I hey out quick. Staff has been very helpful. The front desk Security Officer Has always been very nice to me. Of course you gotta walk in with a good attitude; they’re only there to help and we NEED the help
