There was minor issue with my father's name in birth certificate. They asked to skip birth certificate and forward rest of the documents. They applied for next day. In 2 days, I got the passport. Got surname updated in the Passport. I had mistakes in the Surname in my Passport. I enquired the Passport Agent. They guided with all the legal and Passport procedures. It took about 25 days for Passport delivery. Everything went smooth apart from AADHAR update, which took 8 days. Rest all was okay.
