Im trying to understand why they put a single fossil boomer with a single digit IQ on a typewriter to be in charge of passport section all by herself for the whole day? USPS is turning into DMV. With or without appointment u will end up waiting for at least 2 hrs... Try to go early in the morning!

Be PREPARED ... black ink, certified copies, both parents all forms, and 2 checks. Wait time for a no appointment submission for a replacement passport 30 min
Long wait, no regard for appointment times. No system to make sure people are seen in the order they arrive or have an appt for. Usually just one person working for a long line of applicants.
Long wait & rude employees. Felt like the dmv
Came here on a saturday at noon walk in service to apply for my passport waited a hr pretty good fast and easy.
