Terrible experiencia con los cobros de esta entidad, personal incompetente, ineficiente y grosero. El cobrador y el gerente no tienen facultades para sus respectivos cargos. ___________ Such a terrible experience with this institute, the personal there doesn't get the ability to treat people. Even the manager! one star and try to be friendly people of B english ;) nobody call a client to speak in that way (advice for your manager Sr.).
