Great service! Tech showed up on time, was very friendly and efficient, showed us how to use our new system and was very polite, cleaned up after installation as well. System working well, easy to operate. I recommend the doorbell with camera too as it has a clear picture and the phone notification is immediate, microphone loud and clear as well. Overall positive experience, feeling more secure as hoped!

Pasword recently installed a monitoring system for our Dance Family parents to be able to watch their dancers while in class at our Ancaster location. We were thrilled with the service! We had no idea where to start with installing the system, and they took care of everything. The technician was polite and paid attention to the small details making sure the system was perfect before he left! The parents were thrilled with the results, and loved seeing their child having a great time in dance class! We plan to have systems installed at our Hamilton location as well.
