The history behind this place was very interesting to know about it. There is a very old story hidden behind this place that the king of the city patan made this type of gates in this city to protect them shelves and do fight with the other bad kings and pirates around the city. The current look is not the original just because the old one was almost broken so the municipal corporation team decided to renovate and fix it with the same design as the old.

This place has historical importance. Its in market area always crowded but well maintained the small mandir has its own story and importance. I have been to this place in late evening. Its a famous landmark in Patan don't have much information on this.
