Highly recommended, we had a great time. Superb staff and the informative debrief from Stephen prior to going into the caves was great, considering this is something he will have to repeat time after time, visitor after visitor the enthusiasm was still there. Top man and we can't thank you enough. All in all an amazing place to visit, and the sausages rolls are huge! Great for coffee and cake before or after your trip down into the caves. If you haven't been, go! I will definitely be going again.

Very interesting set of caverns, unfortunately though the experience was partly ruined by the current pandemic. It can't be helped I know, but instead of sitting down in the theatre to view an introduction and history of the caves we had to endure a 15 minute talk from a guy who was clearly passionate about the caves, however whilst it was mildly informative to the adults, my 4 year old boys weren't so impressed and quickly became irritated. Once this was over we were given free reign of the caverns and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the system. Its no Wookey hole mind, but still interesting and worth a visit. An ideal trip out if the weather above the ground is rather inclement!

Excellent day out for kids of all ages. The staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. My little ones were overwhelmed by the mites, tites, stacks and curtains. Would definately recommend

The cave was awesome, as was explained by a geologist from the staff, the formations are of Carboniferous age. Some corals, Trilobites Cereus, Brachiopods, and some Shark tooth. As for the staff, they were very Friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, however, it was expensive. I would recommend a visit, listen to instructions, enjoy, plan your budget if you intend to eat there.
