I had called and asked if they are able to scan a document onto my USB. They said yes. I told them that I was on my way. When I got there I was ignored. I had to tell them to take care of me while standing online forever. I mentioned that I had called. Then they proceeded to say that they dont scan documents onto a USB. I responded by saying that I had just called over the phone they had said that they do scan documents onto the usB. I just dont understand why lie over the phone? Maybe I don't look Colombian enough.

This company is awful. I called ahead and spoke to a rep who told me to come in and when I arrived I was told that I couldn't be helped because I was a first time client and the manager was not there. This is not customer service. This is bad business.
Aquí es muy buena la atención en todo aspecto. Incontax y western union. Muy amables, se dedican a su público cien por ciento vale la pena ir ahí.El tiempo es normal porque hay varias personas atención en las cajas.
