Joey let me take the car for a test drive. After a few min I decided I wanted the car. Zack the manager was open to negotiating and gave me a great deal on an a great car and i was out the door in 30min. Got my title a few days later and was in and out. Bring actual cash if you want to get a better deal.
This places was great from start to finish. Starting with Lucy on the phone, she was super nice and informative. Made my appointment to see them that same same day and walked out very quickly that day purchasing a Honda Pilot. The. Car was ready for me, took it for a test drive and then went in the office to talk numbers with Zack. I was happy with the price and decided to purchased the car. It’s been about a month and so far I’m happy with the vehicle, the car was extremely clean, completely detailed when I test drove it. Short story, these people are great. From calling up and making an appointment to purchasing our CR-V everything went smooth. Every person we spoke to and dealt with was absolutely amazing. Definitely will be the first place we will check out when it comes to buying another vehicle in the near future.

I just bought a 2011 BMW X5 from speedway and had a pretty flawless process. The car itself was as advertised and drives great for 95k miles. When it came time to negotiate a price they were willing to negotiate to what we were looking for. From start to finish it was enjoyable and relatively quick as well. As for the staff, Zack is very knowledgeable and the rest of the staff is nice and accommodating as well. I will definitely be recommending them to whoever I know needs a new car. Appreciate the experience .
Top notch service from the beginning to the end of the entire car buying process! This experience was so impressive this is my first review ever! Zack is absolutely the best and when he says he’s going to do something, he does it! Ray puts no pressure on you and has a heart to please. If you’re looking for a place that won’t take advantage of you, where you won’t get the run around, and where you won’t leave feeling cheated, this is the place to come. Speaking as a woman, this type of treatment is hard to find. Rare jewel this place is! I will be back when I need another car because they’ve proven to be trustworthy. I’ve already started recommending my family members. They make the experience so easy and it puts you so at ease. Oh, and on top of that, when I went to get the car checked out, the service station agent commented that he was shocked at the results of the inspection. He said this car is in good condition and they are surprised because it’s a used car with 90,000 miles and the most it needs is a headlight cleaning. These guys will take care of you. This was my experience. A guys...A!!
I had been looking for a BMW M5 for months. It is a difficult search to say the least considering how temperamental high end BMW's can be. With that said, I DO NOT trust easily at all.. My experience started off with a phone call that was answered by a nice young man named Matt. He answered all of my questions confidently and made me feel comfortable enough to take the hour trip to Paterson. Upon arrival I was greeted by Zack and Moe who made me feel like a part of the family immediately. The BMW I was dying to see appeared exactly as advertised inside and out. They took a copy of my license and we were off for a test drive. The car drove just as good as it looked. The search that had lasted for months was finally over. Zach presented me with three separate finance options. He didn't push me in any particular direction at all while allowing me to evaluate the best deal. As of July 29th 2020, I am a proud 2010 BMW M5 owner!! I can't speak on anyone else's experience at Speedway Motors, but after my first experience with them, I can guarantee they have earned my future business.
