Even in the present situation, visit to Omalloor Military Canteen is an excellent experience. The staffs are very cordial .

Poor service ever I had seen. The staff deputed are not doing their duty in time. This causes non availability of items in canteen. Last month also whole shelves were empty, again experienced same situation today. Another thing is counter staff doesn't know how to deal with public, uses rude launguage The ultimate reason is lack of managerial efficiency of supervisory staff, which can be addressed at the time of selection. Poor show managers

Pretty standard just like most canteen stores in Kerala, apart from the one in Kochi. Parking is paid and is just adequate when compared to the number of visitors arriving at the store. Hence parking can be issue on peak days and hours. Currently parking on the main road side is offensive and is not permissible.

Worst experience, some staffs especially the one who calling the name to enter into the canteen think they are king and shouting at all. No respect, and no dignity given to their profession. Please keep polite staffs or teach them how to respect others.
