Bad experience. Don't buy from here. I have purchased laptop from there, it wasn't working properly and they were not willing to fix the issue and behaved like irresponsible.

Bad service, I given laptop with lines on screen 2-3 minutes after booting. Clearly aware of that they told need to send it to Ernakulam. They couldn't repair and when I receive it was not at all booting. They disagree to accept original condition and told they have CCTV footage that laptop not booting. Customer need to care and note down exact working condition of laptop when give for repair, need to note exact issue on the acknowledge sheet they giving on service.
I think this is the best and reasonable laptop service you can get.
