I ordered 7 items from myntra. In this items two items they didn't deliver. But they mention delivered..what is this... I don't know...and they delivered only two items . Balance 4 items they tried delivered.. but I was out of station . After I called to them..but they told me. 'Items is in Returned'.I didn't know about this... I am very disappointing..very worst service...

I don't know how these people are run a courier service like these. They don't know how to deal with people or may be they are lazy to work or ecom express didn't pay them. Better to shut down your services in PTA. I don't know why amazon is dealing with these kind of foolish people..

Very bad experience they didnt even delivered the pakage that i ordered from amazon and i got amail that it was rescheduled by customer request...finally it lead me take the pakage from their office...my pakage was delayed by almost a week...amazon should blacklist them...

If there's a negative review option I will give that. 3 of my products has reached pathanamthitta a week back, one has been sent back to the seller already as they can not locate the address without my consent. One is showing out for delivery since couple of days but till date didn't get any calls or the product. I have no idea about the third one, it has been rescheduled but god knows whether I will get it or not. There's no phone number so I can't contact neither their office or the delivery guy. If you can't deliver properly and contact the customer theb why do you take the order at all. I have never faced any problem with other delivery services. This is worse

The so called courier service called me to pick up my courier from their warehouse. I went there anyway to pick up my courier after a few days but they said that they returned the product. How can they return a product without even asking the permission of owner?

Bad experience. Ecom haven't delivered my product from flipkart, and shows they have tried and attempted delivery. Not even an single call was made by Ecom. Same thing happened to me for 3 products and order was cancelled and sent to seller. And even 1 product was collected from the hub as they said me we can't deliver door step.

The worst courier service in Pathanamthitta. I get an update that the delivery was attempted and I am still wondering why they didn't even bother to make a call to my phone. Alas, there is no option to call back. Is there any option to blacklist this courier for my future orders?
