Such a pathetic dealership. My scooter was delivered without temporary registration and they didn't even said a word about it during delivery. When I asked about this, they were rude to me especially. I'm seeing such a rude and irresponsible dealership for the first time. Never ever purchase vehicles from here. These people are not working in a professional way and their only aim is to make sales happen and they don't care whether you get proper documents or not. They won't even accept their mistake or take our problem seriously. Never ever purchase vehicle from here.

Very bad customer service. When you make an enquiry to purchase a motorcycle, they will tell you that they only have limited stock and will pursuade you to book the motorcycle but in reality they do not have the stock and will try to keep you in line until the motorcycle arrives in stock which may take weeks and even months. This was my experience with this showroom and to top it all, the manager had blocked my calls and the front desk lady keeps ignoring my calls, all this to make me wait until the motorcycle i wanted comes back in stock and they do not want to refund my booking amount. They will tell you lies about how they will deliver the motorcycle in two days or something to make you expect it and in the last moment they will tell you some lazy excuse and compell you to buy other available models, if you do not agree to this, then you end up in the "call block list" and will need to waste more time disturbing them to refund your booking amount.
