I have a problem with my poco phone recivere(speaker) . They told me that it was software problem and said they have to reinstall my phone software . It took 2 hr. But after 1 week my problem again started and till now it is not yet fixed. Actually they don't even know what's the problem. Neat and tidy place but whats the use of a service centre like that

Very poor experience actually waste of time four days before my redmi 5 plus phone partially diped into water suddenly I reached this service center given to reception and first that girl ask me what happened? Said actual problem she replaid me sir for cleening will charge 600 i said ok after two hours this phone will be ready will call u when it will ready... I said ok.... Evening ... No call from service center.... Then I call some one service engineer one guy calll me he said sir you need to remove the board it will cost 3900 rupee... I ask him any other options he said me no sir. You need to change the main board and sub board... I said no need to change and I said need my phone back ... Service cente girl said ... You need to give 180 rupee as observation charge .... But I didn't give any money... And give my phone to another private technician .... Now my mobile working properly only I spend only 1000 for changing battery and service charge ... I was totally disappointed with redmi service center pathanamthitta...

Very poor service... They will not repair for the actual complaint... We should go there many times to get phone repaired...

Nice & cool My redmi smartband stopped working & within 24 hours, replacement was done in warranty. As of now, replaced band is working & I'm impressed.

Worst customer service and worst technicians..i gave my poco m2 pro for software update as the phone got hanged...2 weeks no solution...even after 1 week on submitting id proof for mi account unlock nothing done...really very customer unfriendly approach by manager...really unprofessional...please dear friends in Pathanamthitta,please dont give your phone for service here....

DO IT ALL

Wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this mi service centre, they might seem approachable and fair,but charges very high prices for repair.
