Everything about their service was phenomenal right from the variant description, to the assistance to my father in completing the documentation without him having to make frequent visits or any follow up. The entire procurement was supervised by Mr. Salmon who knows his job pretty well. He also assured after sales assistance to my father in my absence in the location. Their response is prompt. Had a very poor experience from the motors. The salesperson who handled us didn't provide much information and didn't picked up the call when we called them and didn't call back . Will rate 0 for their after sales service. Their mainshowroom is in kottayam so we have to go there for number plates and all such services.

Showroom is not maintained. Staffs are less knowledgeable and lack basic details about car models. They try to sell off their existing stock models to new customers rather than listening to their needs on new purchase.
