Worst customer experiene, they dont know how to behave with customers, very rude behavior of staffs. claim settlement takes hell lot of a time, and will not update the customer about the same. There service is too bad , the surveyors are also very rude. Dont go with this if you have another option.

The staff are not customer friendly. Had to go twice to renew my policy. First time it was @4.00 Pm and told that the system is down where as I could see agents waiting there with money. Next day i reaches by 9.45 am and they said the payment time starts only by 10.00 am. When it was 10 they randomly started collecting the requests. No token system or first come first serve system was followed. Favoritism was the key. The only positive thing I could mentions is the premium rate which was less than all other insurers. But u need to spend the whole day to complete then transaction.
