I had given my phone on last 16th september for the service however faculty who is in the service centre told me that they would give back the phone within 10 days and after rectification they said that they would call but i didnt get the call.. and afterwards i went to the centre and enquired at that time they told me the stock hasnt come yet and bought it back and given to ernakulam service centre and it only took 7 hours to repair. In my perception pta service centre is utterly flop so please dont try come over in pta service centre

They didn't have any products out there.. Only a few 6.1 phones.. I wonder why the store was even opened!!
Now they even provide authorised services for Mi phones #bit overpriced
