Very bad service. No customer care Doing what ever they want to do with vehicles, never cleared a complaint. Only process happing by service department is a lady staffs there calls & remind us about service due, it's only for charging cash from coustomers for doing nothing. They never changed my scooter's engine oil. No more services from them..outside mechanics do best job (they does it) charging reasonable amount, not huge amount like prime hero thiruvalla for doing nothing.

I visited the showroom for the testride of xpulse after calling them...But when after reaching showroom i realised that there is no model for testride...i visited showroom because their sales executive tolde me that i can test ride the vehicle...
