Although their service is not bad, one way or another they will cause some inconvenience to you. For example, last time I took my motorcycle for service the woman on the phone told me to be there after 8 when I called in to book for a service. But, when I reached there after 8 there was nobody there to service my bike. The security guard told me service is available only after 9. Which resulted in me waiting around for an hour. Even after 9 nobody called me for the service. Although their motorcycle service is good, I can't say the same about their customer service.

Royal enfield pathanamthitta..showroom and service centre are the worst. Staff is behaving in an unfriendly and their service is the worst. Hated it. I am telling my own personal experience. Please don't take any vehicles from there.

Showroom is pretty good and nice. All bikes will be delivered fastly. The service cost of the bikes is too high. Staff performance and customer dealing was average. Service experience was below average.

One only royal Enfield real service center available in Pathanamthitta currently good service but have to wait some time get your bike back

I already had a very bad experience with Marikar Pathanamtitta service center before. This time I wasn't there for about 15 days at my home and in the mean time I used to get frequent calls from the service center for due service. I have a brand new 500CC bullet standard which has just completed about 1750 kms. I came back home hoping to take it to the service center but the found the bike dead s it was not starting at all. I immediately called up the service center pathanamtitta to take my vehicle and do the service for me as I can’t bring it since it was not starting. they told me they will call me back, every day almost I was calling them for the last one week and I got the same reply. I think these people have only one thing to do that is when we bring the vehicle to the service center wash it and give it back and charging for some oil change and all these things or sell a new vehicle. otherwise its very bad customer service from their side. Now I am regretting to have brought this vehicle from the same. Now I feel I should tell everybody about this by YouTube.
