Poor service and arrogant behaviour from the staffs. Will not suggest or recommend for any kind of scans. I was referred by a doctor from peoples clinic hospital for an obstetrics scan. The service from the reception staffs were very poor and arrogant. They mispelled my name and called it out wrong to which i responded and went for scan. We were waiting just near the reception for results and after 10-15 mins we went to the reception to collect the result and the receptionist was shouting at me and my husband claiming he had called out the name many times but we kept talking and didnt respond. To be honest we were right in front of the reception and he did not call the name. He used arrogant speech and to which i had to shout back to get my results. Pathetic behaviour from the staff to most of the patients. And this is not going to change as many hospitals have tie-ups with the center and will continue to refer here...but personal opinion is not to choose this center. Inspite of it all there are no methods for digital payment or any sort of card payments.

Such a horrible experience. Machines are not working properly.my docter suggested for a MRI scan for my knee. I was waiting here for 3 hrs and they are saying that the MRI scanner is not working . I recommend not to come to this scanning centre. And at last i couldn't get the scanning done. Please don't come to this scanning center
Horrible experience ..... Very poor staff service.
Pls dnt dnt go to this lab....I went to this lab during Corona days....I checked my TSH and did Ultrasound scanning there....and I got wrong result for both of these....My Dr asked me to do them again in two other labs .... I trusted them and did not take medicine for a few days..... If it happens in the case of a pregnant lady,what would be the consequences??pls think .... Inspite of all these those people charged more for both the tests....

Horrible experience in my life .. You may need to spend more than an hour for an normal scan. Staffs are not at all trained to manage customers and they are not considered about customers and there needs.. not enough good infrastructure to wait until your turn comes up.. s Running a enterprise of modern technology with the century old practices. Highly recommend to avoid Travancore metro scan. if you have a choice of a better place...
