As of right now I can tell you for a fact that the interest they have during sales is definitely not maintained for maintenance. Even after multiple tickets to the so called help line / service manager / territory manager this showroom has failed to fix a vehicles that has been under warranty. Im writing this after one of my friends have had a very bad experience and they are literally giving him the run around. The below mentioned customer care is a joke at best too. Edit : Before you reply you should read the post. Which part of multiple tickets to the help line did you not understand?

Your place in Pathanamthitta town to buy the TVS brand of two wheelers. Pretty big showroom show casing all the new models of this brand. In the days of the kovid pandemic using the public conveyance is risky ,so those who plan to buy a two wheeler it is best time.

Sales dealings was good. But delivery time vehicle quality is very poor. Dont trust them.. they are cheating me. They delivered an old vehicle for me.

Worst experience..this is what happened when i changed my panels...both are different colours..it is been 1 week ...although the work is completed , the panel colour is different. It isnt the fault of the service center. It is the fault of the TVS company.When the service center ordered the part with its part number . Different colour came...the people from the serve center and showroom are very helpful and they are very eager to help. But the company people are not supportive with assistance and the quality of their parts and nuts are pathetic and TVS motor company should look in to these. It is been a month ..i have given my scooter..the work is completed a week ago. But the panel is different. Pathetic...

There is no order for providing service. Might is right is the policy. But there are expert mechanics and water service person. Felt bad about the delay in getting the repair done. Those came late were given priority than those who came earlier.
